We had a wonderful afternoon at Odds Farm Park today. It’s only about a 5-10 min drive from here to Wooburn Common High Wycombe, where you can enjoy acres of farmyard family fun, Harry handfed the goats, Siobhan kept calling out to the donkeys , I think maybe she was expecting them to start talking to her being a Shrek fan an all lol!!! There was an endless list of things to do here with it not just being all about animals, there are several playarea’s and sandpits, mini golf, go karts, tractor & trailer ride, demonstration barn, huge grass area with volleyball net and tonnes of balls for kids to kick around, and heaps more. We will definitely be going again as you cannot fit it all into one visit..
I cannot thank my friend Jo enough for inviting us along to these children friendly places with her and her children Harry and Leah. She has been a godsend for me since we met after our move to Burnham.
Where does Laura get her posing skills from ????
Our Laurs has decided she wants to learn how to play the guitar AND learn to speak spanish. These are both things she has thought of on her own which I think is wonderful. I have come to realise that trying to push her into group or team sports is never going to work, she is just not interested and that’s fine.
Fingers crossed that Laura will stick with the choices she herself has made and you may find we return to Australia with a spanish speaking guitar player
